1. Development
- With each sprint the team develops to the user stories defined in the earlier phases. We tailor our approach to the client’s preferences regarding their degree of involvement. We run full Sprint Retrospectives and focus on providing demonstrations of working models and prototypes as we move through our development.

2. Testing
- While testing is typically done within each sprint, our final testing process also includes comprehensive User Acceptance Testing of the holistic application.

3. Business Integration
- Hexis goes beyond just simply deploying your application on a cloud environment or on your company’s on-premise infrastructure. We want to make sure that any and all integrations work, that the application does what it was intended to meet your needs. Hexis prioritizes business outcomes and is committed to integrating the application by assisting with any change management processes for staff as well as any technical system integrations that may be required.

4. Validation and Feedback
- Providing validation and post-implementation warranties is standard practice for Hexis. We also strongly believe in being with your team when the application goes live. Continually reviewing the project, our processes and our team is part of our commitment towards getting better. Our Project Appraisals are conducted with our clients with the sole aim of getting unvarnished feedback on how to get better.
